member1Becoming an eMedyx ID System member is secure and convenient.  Our client web-portal allows eMedyx members to create a user profile which is encrypted and encoded on an eMedyx ID Card which is issued at the Physicians office or at one of the local eMedyx ID Kiosks available through our regional or national partners*.

eMedyx membership is easy and affordable offering its members, individual and dependent membership options to meet you and your families needs.

Individual Membership

Members over the age of 18 qualify for the Individual Membership Card. This provides that member with access and control over their medical profile.

Dependent Membership

Dependent membership cards can be purchased for children under the age of 18 at a reduced cost. This enables parents or legal guardians with unpresidented access and control over their childs medical profile. Only from eMedyx.
