member1Becoming an eMedyx ID System member is secure and convenient.  Our client web-portal allows eMedyx members to create a user profile which is encrypted and encoded on an eMedyx ID Card which is issued at the Physicians office or at one of the local eMedyx ID Kiosks available through our regional or national partners*. 

eMedyx membership is easy and affordable offering its members, individual and dependent membership options to meet you and your families needs

In addition to creating a central. accessible repository of your emergency medical profile, the eMedyx card provides you with other benefits from our national and regional partners** including:

  • Discounts on Prescriptions (Generic and Brand-name)
  • Discounts on Services
  • Discounts on Gym Memberships
  • Discounts on Supplements and Vitamins
  • Discounts on Durable Medical Equipment

After signing up online, you will be asked to provide a credit card to charge your annual subscription fee and will be able to immediately fill out the eMedyx questionaire.  From there you will be immediately able to take advantage of all that the eMedyx Emergency ID System has to offer.  To recieve your eMedyx ID Card, simply insert the credit card you used to pay for your eMedyx membership at any eMedyx ID Kiosk and your eMedyx ID Card is encoded with your encrypted information and dispensed immediately from the kiosk or alternatively, you may pick up your eMedyx ID Card at your participating physicians office.

* The eMedyx Kiosk system is scheduled for release in early 2012 and is dependent upon partner participation and regional/national rollout scheduling.
